हम अपने अस्पताल के लिए एक Experienced PRO (Public Relations Officer / Patient Referral Executive) की तलाश कर रहे हैं।
Job Responsibilities:
- आसपास के Doctors, Clinics, Nursing Homes, Diagnostic Labs एवं Healthcare Providers से मजबूत नेटवर्क बनाना।
- Hospital के लिए OPD एवं IPD मरीजों के रेफरल बढ़ाना।
- Hospital की सुविधाओं एवं सेवाओं की जानकारी मेडिकल प्रोफेशनल्स तक पहुँचाना।
- नियमित विज़िट, रिलेशनशिप मैनेजमेंट एवं फॉलो-अप करना।
- Referral growth के लिए नए अवसर तलाशना।
Requirements:
- Hospital Marketing / PRO का अनुभव वरीयता प्राप्त होगा।
- Local area और healthcare network की अच्छी जानकारी।
- अच्छी Communication एवं Negotiation Skills।
- Self-motivated एवं Target-oriented उम्मीदवार।
Salary: Attractive Salary + Performance Incentives + Referral Incentives (Experience के अनुसार)
