Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or other relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
Experience
- Minimum 7 years of progressive management experience.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, operations management, and organizational leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the CEO in developing and executing the organization's strategic plans and business objectives.
- Coordinate the implementation of executive decisions across all departments.
- Monitor organizational performance and recommend improvements to operational efficiency.
- Support the preparation of business plans, budgets, and performance reports.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead and manage special projects and strategic initiatives assigned by the CEO.
- Represent the CEO at meetings, conferences, and stakeholder engagements when delegated.
- Prepare executive presentations, reports, and board meeting materials.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to the CEO.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Identify business opportunities, operational risks, and areas for continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration and communication across departments.
- Assist with change management and organizational development initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, investors, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Perform other executive and administrative duties as assigned by the CEO.
