We are seeking a detail-oriented QA Engineer Intern to join our engineering team. You will work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure our applications deliver a reliable, secure, and seamless user experience.
This internship provides hands-on exposure to software testing, quality assurance processes, API testing, automation fundamentals, and Agile development.
Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Create and execute test cases and test scenarios.
- Identify, document, and report software defects with clear reproduction steps.
- Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing.
- Test APIs using tools like Postman.
- Validate UI/UX across different browsers and devices.
- Work with developers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain test documentation and QA reports.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and release testing.
- Learn and contribute to automation testing initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of software testing principles.
- Familiarity with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication.
- High attention to detail and willingness to learn.
