- Tender Identification & Eligibility Analysis: Monitoring government portals like GeM and CPPP to identify relevant opportunities, followed by evaluating eligibility criteria, Pre-Qualification Criteria (PQC), and potential operational risks. [1, 2]
- End-to-End Bid Documentation: Preparing entire RFP/RFQ responsive bid packages, which includes drafting undertaking letters, compliance statements, legal declarations, and custom-designed corporate letterheads.
- Technical Compliance & Verification: Performing thorough clause-by-clause compliance mappings against technical specifications and building highly detailed Technical Compliance Sheets.
- Commercial Review & BOQ Mapping: Verifying the Bill of Quantities (BOQ), ensuring exact price-to-quantity mapping, and assessing financial clauses regarding taxes, warranties, AMC, and performance security.
- Stakeholder & OEM Coordination: Collaborating with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for critical documentation like Manufacturer Authorization Forms (MAFs), certificates, and pricing, while aligning internal finance, sales, and technical teams.
- Portal Submission & Lifecycle Management: Uploading validated technical and commercial bids ahead of deadlines, managing bid extensions or corrigenda, and formally responding to buyer clarifications.
- Compliance & Post-Bid Administration: Ensuring strict adherence to government mandates like Make in India (MII), MSME, and Startup rules, while managing order documentation (like PBGs), repository version controls, and final project handovers.
