We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the EdTech sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building partnerships, increasing admissions, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the education and training sector
- Drive student admissions and revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, institutions, and corporate partners
- Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions
- Develop strategic tie-ups with academic institutions and organizations
- Handle B2B and B2C sales activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Maintain CRM records and prepare performance reports
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for campaign execution

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
