Key Responsibilities
- Own daily service delivery across dog training, boarding, sitting, host/sitter onboarding, and pet taxi services.
- Manage 15+ trainers, groomers and other service providers for allocation, productivity, follow-ups, and completion tracking.
- Ensure all scheduled orders/sessions are fulfilled for the day with minimum delays, cancellations or unresolved escalations.
- Oversee onboarding, verification, activation and performance management of hosts, sitters, trainers and service partners.
- Handle customer escalations, provider escalations, reschedules, service failures, and quality concerns with ownership.
- Track provider performance, service quality, customer feedback, SLA adherence, and repeat issues.
- Create daily and weekly reports for bookings, completions, cancellations, pending tasks, escalations, and upsell opportunities.
- Improve operational SOPs, reduce service gaps, and work with sales/founder/core team to strengthen city-wise execution.
- Coach executives/service coordinators where required and ensure consistent follow-up discipline across the team.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in operations, field team management, service delivery, vendor/provider management or customer operations.
- Experience managing trainers, groomers, service providers, field executives, hosts, sitters or gig/service teams is preferred.
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage daily targets, escalations, team coordination and execution pressure.
- Comfortable using Google Sheets/Excel, WhatsApp, calling tools, CRM/order dashboards and reporting formats.
- Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills; Kannada and Hindi will be an added advantage.
- Ability to build processes, identify bottlenecks, improve fulfilment discipline and maintain service quality standards.
- Pet experience is optional. Love for pets and willingness to understand pet care services is important.
This role is best for candidates who can take senior ownership of a service category, manage 15+ trainers, groomers, and service providers; handle escalations independently, improve processes and ensure dependable daily fulfillment across multiple pet care services.
Incentive and Work Model
- Upsell incentive—Potential incentive up to ₹15,000 per month based on upsell performance and achievement.
- Laptop policy—Own laptop preferred. Otherwise, candidates can rent from our vendor; after 3 months, PawSpace will provide a company laptop based on confirmation and performance.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
