Job Title: Interior Designer (Full Time)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Interior Designer to join our team full-time. This role bridges the gap between creative concept and reality, requiring strong technical design skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with on-site execution teams.
Key Responsibilities & Required Knowledge
2D & 3D Designing & Drafting: Creating precise 2D layouts, 3DX MAX , floor plans, elevations, and detailed working drawings.
Site Supervision Collaboration: Working closely with the site supervisor to ensure designs are executed accurately on-site, troubleshooting spatial issues, and answering technical queries during construction.
Material Specifications: Strong understanding of materials, finishes, hardware, and fixtures. You must be able to select, suggest, and document exact material specifications for clients and vendors.
