Job Summary
We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure excellent customer service, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Follow up with clients from order confirmation to payment collection.
Handle client queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Provide product and service information to clients.
Maintain regular follow-ups and collect customer feedback.
Act as the primary point of contact for client concerns and escalations.
Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat business.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and relationship management abilities.
Good problem-solving and customer handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
Qualification
Graduate in any discipline.
1–2 years of experience in Client Relationship Management, Customer Service, or a similar role.
Freshers with good communication skills are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹12,202.18 - ₹30,000.00 per month
