Inside Sales Executive - Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email, and social media.
- Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and promote solar solutions.
- Sales Pitch & Product Presentation: Conduct presentations and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
- Pipeline Management: Use CRM to track leads, manage follow-ups, and sales processes.
- Proposal & Quotation Preparation: Prepare detailed proposals tailored to customer needs.
- Negotiation & Sales Closing: Negotiate terms and work towards closing deals.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with field sales and marketing teams for seamless customer transitions.
- Customer Support: Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues.
- Reporting & Metrics: Track sales metrics, analyze data, and improve strategies.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on solar trends and participate in training.
Locations: Chennai, Coimbatore, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Vijayawada
Salary:
- Fresher: ₹8,000/month
- Experienced: ₹10,000-₹15,000/month (based on experience)
