Job Description: Back Office Executive
Experience: 2 – 3 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Backend Executive to prepare quotations for aluminium windows and doors using company software and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, good numerical accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently with technical data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quotations for aluminium windows and doors using company software and Microsoft Excel.
- Generate invoices and maintain related records.
- Coordinate with vendors and assist with purchase follow-ups.
- Support daily backend operations and documentation.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, formatting, calculations).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to learn quotation software quickly.
- Prior experience in the aluminium windows, doors, or construction industry will be an added advantage.
Preferred Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in backend operations, estimation, or quotation preparation preferred.

We deal with architects, contractors, builders, interior designers etc.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
