Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Assistant to support daily administrative and operational activities across our coworking spaces. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations.
- Handle office documentation, records, and filing systems.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Assist in branch operations and ensure SOP compliance.
- Maintain attendance, invoices, and office supplies.
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
- Support onboarding and client documentation processes.
- Prepare reports and MIS as required.
- Handle emails, calls, and general office correspondence.
- Ensure smooth functioning of all office facilities and services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in administration or office operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Pay: ₹20,526.28 - ₹33,040.94 per month
Work Location: In person
