Job Summary:
Anand Vardhan Resort, Manali is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking On-Job Trainees to join our hospitality team. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a strong career in the hotel industry while learning directly from experienced professionals in a scenic mountain resort setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and assist daily operations across various departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, or Kitchen as assigned).
Follow instructions given by department heads and supervisors diligently.
Maintain high standards of guest service, cleanliness, and hospitality.
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth resort operations.
Adhere strictly to the resort's rules, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: 10th / 12th / Hotel Management diploma or equivalent preferred, but a strong willingness to learn is most important.
Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply; complete on-job training will be provided.
Skills: Positive attitude, polite communication skills, and a proactive approach.
Food: Free duty meals / Mess facility provided.
