We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Team Leader with 2–3 years of experience. Candidates from FMCG or Automobile sectors will be preferred. The candidate will be responsible for team handling, achieving targets, market operations, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, supervise, and motivate team members.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance.
- Achieve assigned sales/operational targets.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Handle customer queries and resolve escalations.
- Monitor daily activities, productivity, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
- Ensure proper follow-up with customers and leads.
- Train and guide team members to improve performance.
- Maintain discipline and ensure company policies and SOPs are followed.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Required Skills

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
