1) Respond to customer questions and issues through calls, chats, or emails in a polite and timely manner.
2) Document conversations and updates in the system so there’s a clear record of what was discussed or resolved.
3) Provide accurate product or service information to guide customers and prevent confusion.
4) Coordinate with sales team and dealers of specific location.
5) Achieve sales target.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
