A2Z Interiors is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Interior Sales Executive to join our team.
JOB TITLE:
Interior Sales Executive / Business Development Executive
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate and follow up with potential interior design clients
- Understand client requirements and explain suitable interior solutions
- Handle client meetings and presentations
- Prepare quotations and follow up with clients
- Coordinate with the design team to move leads towards closure
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in Interior Sales, Modular Kitchen, Furniture, Real Estate, Building Materials or Home Decor Sales will be preferred
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Good client handling and negotiation ability
- Target-oriented and confident personality
- Freshers with strong sales and communication skills may also be considered
SALARY AND INCENTIVES:
Salary: Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000 per month
Incentive: Up to Rs. 15,000 based on sales performance and target achievement
