We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Safety Engineer with strong expertise in construction site safety and compliance for real estate projects.Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure implementation of all safety standards and procedures at construction sites.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards.
- Monitor the use of PPE and ensure compliance by all workers and contractors.
- Prepare safety reports, risk assessments, and incident investigation reports.
- Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for site staff.
- Ensure compliance with statutory safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with project teams to maintain a safe working environment.
- Investigate accidents, recommend corrective actions, and prevent recurrence.
- Maintain safety records, permits, checklists, and emergency response plans.
Required Skills:
- 4–6 Years of Professional Experience in Construction/Real Estate Safety.
- Strong knowledge of construction safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and EHS practices.
- Experience in risk assessment, hazard identification, and incident management.
- Good knowledge of safety documentation, audits, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently manage safety operations at construction sites.
Salary:
Up to ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
