Job Summary:
We are seeking a customer-focused and proactive Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, service bookings, complaints, and support operations related to 2-wheeler services. The ideal candidate will ensure a smooth customer experience by coordinating with service teams, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with service bookings, maintenance requests, and repair inquiries.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, and turnaround times.
- Maintain positive customer relationships and enhance customer satisfaction.
Service Coordination
- Coordinate with mechanics, service partners, and field teams for service fulfillment.
- Track service requests and update customers on job status.
- Schedule and manage customer appointments efficiently.
- Follow up with customers after service completion to gather feedback.
Documentation & CRM Management
- Maintain customer records and service history in CRM software.
- Update service tickets and customer interactions accurately.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly support reports.
- Ensure proper documentation of complaints and resolutions.
Customer Retention
- Conduct follow-up calls to improve customer engagement.
- Promote annual maintenance packages, service plans, and company offerings.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic knowledge of 2-wheeler vehicles and servicing processes.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer support, automobile service, or call center operations is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, automobile service centers, or vehicle support operations.
