About Landeed
Landeed is India's leading property technology platform, helping individuals, businesses, and institutions navigate the complexities of land and property records across the country. We operate at significant scale — across multiple states, with deep government integrations, and a fast-growing ground operations footprint. As we expand our physical presence in India's major metros, we need seasoned leaders who understand systems, accountability, and execution.
That's where you come in.
The Role
This is a field-first role. Every working day, you will be out in the city — visiting government offices, interacting with officials, filing applications, tracking document requests, and attending inspections on behalf of our clients. You are the face of Landeed on the ground.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day
- Visit municipal offices, sub-registrar offices, tehsil offices, revenue departments, and other government bodies as assigned.
- File applications, submit documentation, and follow up on pending requests across departments.
- Attend site inspections and coordinate with municipal authorities on behalf of clients.
- Procure land and property-related documents — encumbrance certificates, land records, NOCs, mutation extracts, and similar instruments — accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clear daily log of visits, submissions, status updates, and any issues encountered.
- Communicate updates to your City Operations Lead promptly and accurately.
- Handle unexpected delays or procedural hurdles calmly and escalate when needed.
Who We're Looking For
- Retired or separated personnel from the Indian Army, Navy, Air Force, CRPF, BSF, or state/central police forces. Sub-Inspector, Constable, Havildar, Naik, or equivalent ranks welcome — what matters is your track record of showing up and following through, not just your rank.
- No minimum experience threshold, but comfort in government office environments is essential.
- Disciplined, punctual, and dependable — someone who treats every assignment as a task to be completed, not managed.
- Comfortable navigating bureaucratic environments: knows how government offices work, how to wait productively, and how to get things moving without overstepping.
- Trustworthy with sensitive documents and client information.
- Basic proficiency with a smartphone — WhatsApp updates, photo documentation, and simple reporting are part of the daily workflow.
- Good spoken communication in the local language of your city; working knowledge of English or Hindi a plus.
- Physically active — this role requires being on your feet and in the field for most of the working day
