Job Title: Electrician
Department: Service
Reporting To: Service Manager
Job Purpose
To diagnose, repair, and maintain the electrical and electronic systems of Mahindra vehicles, ensuring repairs are completed accurately, safely, and in accordance with manufacturer standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair electrical and electronic faults in vehicles.
- Inspect and repair wiring, lighting systems, batteries, starters, alternators and other electrical components.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify electrical issues.
- Replace or repair faulty electrical parts using genuine Mahindra spare parts.
- Perform electrical checks during scheduled vehicle servicing.
- Install and test electrical accessories as required.
- Record repair details accurately on job cards.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to complete repairs on time.
- Ensure all repairs comply with Mahindra service standards and SOPs.
- Maintain tools, diagnostic equipment and workstations in good condition.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
