Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Tech Architect – AI Business Process Automation to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-driven automation solutions across all departments of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI/ML, business process reengineering, and enterprise systems integration, with the ability to architect scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the end-to-end AI architecture strategy for business process automation across departments (e.g., HR, Finance, Sales, Operations, Supply Chain).

Identify automation opportunities by working closely with business leaders and process owners.

Architect scalable and modular AI/ML solutions including intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, chatbots, RPA, and NLP-based workflows.

Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, DMS, etc.).

Lead the evaluation and selection of appropriate AI/ML tools, platforms, and frameworks.

Ensure AI systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with data governance policies.

Collaborate with internal development teams, data engineers, and external vendors to deliver high-impact projects.

Define best practices and technology standards for AI automation across the organization.

Mentor technical teams and support capability building for AI and automation.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience designing and implementing AI-based business automation solutions.

Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, and computer vision.

Hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, OpenAI, or similar.

Familiarity with RPA tools like UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere.

Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture and system integration.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to translate business challenges into AI/automation solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in AI/ML, RPA, or cloud architecture (e.g., Azure/AWS/GCP Architect).

Experience in process mining tools (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining).

Exposure to data governance and responsible AI practices.
