Role Summary
We're hiring an experienced Clinical Psychologist to work as an Autism & ABA Documentation & Compliance Reviewer. You'll review clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance with ABA standards, coordinate with clinical teams, and support quality assurance — all in a structured, process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review clinical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and ABA compliance
- Identify documentation gaps/inconsistencies and coordinate corrections with clinical staff
- Support accurate billing by resolving documentation issues
- Prepare weekly audit reports and performance insights for leadership
- Act as liaison between clinical and administrative teams
- Monitor documentation trends and recommend process improvements
- Support QA initiatives and internal compliance standards
- Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
- Collaborate cross-functionally to improve documentation workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Psychology (Required); Master's preferred
- 1–5 years' experience in Clinical Psychology, ABA Therapy, Behavioral Health, or Documentation/QA
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail
- Comfortable in structured, process-oriented work
Work Details
- Shift: US Night Shift, 6:00 PM – 3:30 AM IST
- Employment: Full-Time, Permanent | Mon–Fri
- Location: In-office, Sector 74, Mohali (no remote/hybrid)
- No cab/meal facility — own commute required
