Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Business Development
● Generate qualified leads through:
○ Upwork (proposal bidding, client communication, deal closure)
○ LinkedIn outreach and networking
○ Other outbound channels (email campaigns, cold outreach, etc.)
● Handle and convert inbound leads generated from the company website
● Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Sales & Revenue Ownership
● Take ownership of monthly sales targets and revenue goals
● Ensure consistent deal closures and client acquisition
● Provide a monthly commitment on revenue or the number of deals
Team Management
● Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
● Track team performance and improve conversion ratios
● Set KPIs and ensure target achievement
CRM & Reporting
● Maintain and update CRM with all lead and deal activities
● Track the lead lifecycle from generation to closure
● Generate regular reports on sales performance and pipeline
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
