Our core product lines include flexible packaging, pressure-sensitive labels, folded cartons, and shrink sleeves. As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and results-driven Lead Generator / Business Development Representative to join our team remotely from Mumbai, India.
Position Overview
This role is focused on generating qualified sales opportunities for our Toronto-based sales team. You will be responsible for researching potential customers, conducting outbound prospecting through phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms, and scheduling meetings for our Canadian sales representatives. This is not a direct sales closing role. Your primary responsibility is to identify qualified prospects, build relationships, generate interest, and pass qualified leads to our sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify prospective customers across various industries.
- Conduct outbound cold calls to generate new business opportunities.
- Send personalized prospecting emails.
- Perform LinkedIn and social media outreach to connect with decision-makers.
- Qualify potential customers and identify packaging opportunities.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the Toronto sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospecting activities.
- Follow up with prospects as required.
- Work closely with the Canadian sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads.
- Meet weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lead generation, appointment setting, business development, or inside sales.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
- Strong email writing and relationship-building skills.
- Experience using LinkedIn for business development is preferred.
- Experience using various software's is an asset.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office.
- Must be willing to work Toronto business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).

Compensation
- ₹50,000 - ₹60,000 INR per month
- Full-time remote contract position.
- Monday to Friday schedule working Toronto business hours.
