We are looking for an experienced and responsible Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our coaching institute branch. The candidate will be responsible for managing staff, student admissions, parent communication, business growth, and ensuring smooth branch performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete day-to-day branch operations
- Lead and supervise academic and administrative staff
- Handle student admissions and counseling
- Maintain strong relationships with students and parents
- Monitor branch performance and achieve admission targets
- Ensure quality service and student satisfaction
- Prepare reports on branch performance and revenue
- Organize marketing activities to increase admissions
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment
- Coordinate with head office for smooth functioning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree / MBA preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in branch management or education industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle sales and admission targets
- Good problem-solving and team management skills
- Knowledge of coaching institute operations is preferred
- Fluency in Hindi and Tamil is an added advantage
