Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled MEP Engineer to oversee and manage Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at site. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring installations are executed as per approved drawings, maintaining quality standards, and coordinating with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect and verify MEP installations as per approved drawings and specifications
- Supervise:
- Electrical systems (cabling, panels, wiring)
- Plumbing systems (piping, drainage)
- Firefighting systems (sprinklers, hydrants)
- Ensure quality control and resolve on-site technical issues
- Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to avoid design and execution clashes
- Monitor testing and commissioning of all MEP systems
- Maintain daily reports, QA/QC documentation, and project records
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance at the site
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Minimum experience:
- 2+ years (for Degree holders)
- 4+ years (for Diploma holders)
- Hands-on experience in construction/site execution projects
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Knowledge of industry standards:
- IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission)
- NBC (National Building Code)
- NFPA (Fire Protection Standards)
- Strong understanding of MEP systems and site execution
- Good coordination and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in real estate or construction projects
- Strong site supervision and reporting skills
- Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
