Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Branch Relationship Manager to strengthen customer relationships, drive branch business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in banking, financial services, insurance, sales, or customer relationship management and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Identify customer financial needs and recommend suitable banking, insurance, investment, and financial products.
- Generate new business opportunities through customer referrals, branch walk-ins, and lead generation activities.
- Achieve branch sales and revenue targets through effective customer engagement.
- Cross-sell and upsell products such as savings accounts, loans, insurance, credit cards, and investment solutions.
- Handle customer inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with branch staff and internal teams to ensure smooth customer service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to strengthen long-term relationships.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Branch Operations, Sales, or Customer Relationship Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in retail banking, insurance sales, wealth management, or branch sales operations.
- Knowledge of banking products, financial services, loans, investments, and insurance products.
- Familiarity with branch operations and customer service standards.
- Understanding of the Kolkata and West Bengal market.
