Key Responsibility :
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on the site to ensure smooth project progress.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Ensure that the construction work complies with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Monitor and supervise the work of laborers and other site workers to ensure productivity and safety.
- Inspect and test construction materials, equipment, and work to ensure they meet required standards.
- Prepare and maintain detailed reports on site progress, including daily activities and any issues or delays.
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to resolve design or construction issues.
- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of site activities, including changes to plans and permits.
- Conduct site surveys and inspections to check for compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage the project schedule, ensuring that milestones are met and work is completed on time.

- Strong experience in site management, construction processes, and project coordination.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and ensuring design compliance.
