Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA) to CEO

Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO who can manage executive priorities, coordinate with department heads, and streamline communication across the organization. The role is critical in reducing operational dependency on the CEO, optimizing their schedule, and ensuring efficient execution of strategic and operational initiatives.
Key Responsibilities1. CEO Calendar & Schedule Management
- Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, and travel schedules.
- Prioritize appointments based on business priorities and strategic goals.
- Ensure the CEO’s time is efficiently utilized for high-impact decisions.
2. Coordination with HODs / Department Heads
- Act as a central communication bridge between the CEO and department heads.
- Follow up with HODs on action items, project updates, and deadlines.
- Ensure alignment between departments and CEO directives.
3. Operational Support & Decision Facilitation
- Reduce operational dependency on the CEO by filtering, prioritizing, and resolving routine matters.
- Prepare briefings, reports, and summaries for CEO review.
- Track key initiatives and ensure timely execution across teams.
4. Meeting Management
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting notes for executive meetings.
- Record minutes of meetings (MoM) and track follow-ups with stakeholders.
- Ensure execution of decisions taken in leadership meetings.
5. Executive Communication
- Draft and manage professional emails, communications, and internal announcements on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive business information.
6. Strategic & Administrative Support
- Assist the CEO in strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and report preparation as required.
- Support cross-functional coordination for important projects.

Preferred Qualifications
- Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Experience working as Executive Assistant / EA to CXO / Leadership roles
- Strong understanding of business operations and corporate communication
