Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Preferred
Your work will include
☐ Handling customer service calls and complaints
☐ Logging service requests and maintaining records
☐ Coordinating with service engineers and technicians
☐ Planning and scheduling service visits
☐ Following up until every service ticket is closed
☐ Sending service updates and emails to customers
☐ Helping customers with basic troubleshooting over the phone
☐ Assisting with VFD programming and basic fan commissioning
☐ Coordinating with production and stores for spare parts
☐ Preparing service reports and documentation
☐ Calling customers for Preventive Maintenance (PMC) and Annual Maintenance (AMC) contracts
☐ Explaining service quotations and obtaining approvals
☐ Supporting the sales team whenever required
☐ Making sure customers receive timely support
Experience
Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical preferred
✓3–15 years of experience in Service, Maintenance or Customer Support
✓ Experience in Industrial Equipment / Electrical / Mechanical products preferred
✓ Field coordination experience is an advantage Skills
