Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Engineer / Electronics Trainer to conduct practical and theory-based training for students in Electronics, Mobile Phone Repair, and Laptop Repair. The candidate should have strong hands-on technical knowledge and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to students.
The role involves classroom teaching, practical laboratory training, troubleshooting, demonstrations, and guiding students through real-world repair techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions for electronics students.
- Teach basic and advanced electronics concepts, components, circuits, and troubleshooting.
- Train students in mobile phone repair and servicing.
- Provide practical training in mobile motherboard troubleshooting and component identification.
- Train students in laptop hardware repair, servicing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Explain electronic components such as ICs, capacitors, resistors, diodes, transistors, MOSFETs, connectors, etc.
- Demonstrate the use of multimeter, DC power supply, soldering station, hot air station, microscope, and other repair tools.
- Guide students in soldering, desoldering, component replacement, PCB inspection, and basic board-level troubleshooting.
- Teach fault identification and systematic troubleshooting techniques.
- Prepare practical exercises, assignments, demonstrations, and assessments.
- Maintain training equipment, tools, and laboratory workstations.
- Monitor student performance and provide technical guidance.
- Maintain attendance, practical records, assessment reports, and other training documentation.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during practical sessions.
- Stay updated with new technologies, repair techniques, and electronic devices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Electronics and Electrical fundamentals.
- Good hands-on experience in mobile phone repair.
- Good knowledge of laptop hardware and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of PCB and motherboard-level troubleshooting.
- Ability to use electronic testing and repair equipment.
- Good soldering and rework skills.
- Knowledge of electronic components and circuit diagrams.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and practical manner.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Electronics, Electrical, ECE, EEE, or a related technical field.
- Candidates with strong practical experience in mobile and laptop repair may also be considered.
