Position MIS Executive
Department-Tendering & Data Analyst
Location-New Delhi
Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have experience in construction, landscape, civil works, irrigation systems, and Corporate/EPC tendering processes, with strong proficiency in Excel and data management.
Key Responsibilities
Tendering and Bidding
- Prepare and Submit Technical and Commercial bid on offline/online platforms for Govt and Private Companies.
- Maintain records of all tenders, bids, EOI submissions, and pre-qualification documents.
- Prepare tender trackers and bid status reports.
- Coordinate with estimation, procurement, and execution teams for collection of tender inputs.
- Maintain historical cost databases for landscape, civil, irrigation, and hardscape works.
BOQ & Cost Data Management
- Update and maintain item rate databases.
- Compile quotations received from vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist in BOQ comparison and cost analysis.
- Maintain project cost benchmarks and productivity records.
- Support estimation team in preparation of rate analysis and cost reports.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Maintain project-wise databases including tender status, project pipeline, awarded projects, and execution progress.
- Maintain document control systems for tender and project records.
- Organize technical data sheets, vendor catalogs, approvals, and project correspondence.
- Ensure proper filing and retrieval of project-related information.
- Coordinate with various departments for timely submission of reports and documents.
- Generate dashboards and reports related to revenue, project costs, manpower deployment, and procurement.
- Track project milestones and update management on key performance indicators (KPIs).
Desired Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced Functions, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards).
- Good understanding of construction, landscape, irrigation, and civil BOQs.
- Familiarity with tendering procedures and bid documentation.
- Knowledge of ERP systems and project management software is preferred.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in Commerce, Engineering, Management, or related discipline.
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering preferred.
Experience Required
- 5–8 years of experience in MIS, Tendering, Estimation, or Project Coordination.
- Prior experience in Landscape, Civil, Irrigation, Infrastructure, or EPC projects is preferred.

Salary Range
₹4.5 – ₹6.0 LPA (depending on experience and expertise in landscape/civil tendering).
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
