Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
Appoint new distributors and expand market coverage in untapped areas.
Monitor stock availability and ensure proper product distribution.
Increase product visibility through merchandising and promotional activities.
Conduct regular market visits to analyze competitor activities, pricing, and customer demand.
Collect market feedback and share insights with management for business improvement.
Ensure timely collection of payments from distributors and retailers.
Track sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.Implement company sales strategies and promotional campaigns effectively.
Resolve distributor and customer issues to maintain smooth business operations.Lead and guide junior sales officers or sales representatives if required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
