The Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hospital, ensuring efficient service delivery, patient satisfaction, and compliance with healthcare regulations. The role involves coordinating between departments, managing staff performance, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operational activities of the hospital.
- Coordinate with medical, nursing, and administrative departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Monitor patient care services and hospital facilities to maintain quality standards.
- Implement hospital policies, procedures, and operational strategies.
- Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluation, and training coordination.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and accreditation standards.
- Supervise inventory management, equipment maintenance, and facility operations.
- Handle patient complaints and feedback to improve service quality.
- Prepare operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
- Support hospital management in strategic planning and decision-making.
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree (MHA / MBA in Healthcare) preferred.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Business Administration.
Experience
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.
- Experience in multi-department hospital coordination is preferred.
