To assist visitors, guests and job aspirants on their arrival in to the front office premises
Take down job aspirant’s details and information in the application templates to be filled
Confirm their purpose of visit and Guide them and maintaining register purpose walking
Excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client, staff and visitors
Coordinating with different Departments and teams for daily attendance and their activities
Housekeeping of office premises and Supervising Office Assistant with House Keeping Staff
Coordinate with Interview Drive, Employees Joining and exit formalities documentation handle
Vendor management for stationers, courier agents and all allied third-party service providers
To arrange food for the guests, visitors and job aspirants timely on requirement basis.
Desired Candidate Profile:
At least having Intermediate/Degree with 3-5 years of experience as Front Office/Receptionist
Maintain confidentiality at all time of the organization fiscal and personnel related information
Candidate must have good presentable personality and hands on experience with computers
Must have good communication skills both verbal and written, Telugu, Hindi & English Fluently
Good interpersonal and Soft Skills, must be flexible with multi-tasking at front office operations
Corporate/Head office experience candidate might be preferable for this position.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
