We at Innovecture are hiring for a "Content Development and Technology Adoption Specialist" to expand our team, this is a Remote position in India. You will work across various Innovecture and client teams and apply your technical expertise to some of the most complex and challenging technology problems.

The Role & Your Mission:
As the Content Development and Technology Adoption Specialist within Technology Readiness & Change Enablement COE, your creativity and expertise will help develop engaging content, including bite-sized modules, videos, and internal communications - that empower colleagues worldwide to grow their skills and embrace change. Your work will directly influence the organization’s ability to adopt and learn about new products and technologies efficiently, quickly, and effectively.
What You’ll Do:
- Draft and develop communication products, including newsletter, talking points, blog posts, etc. for Tech and Non-Tech audience.
- Post news, articles, and blogs in Viva Engage (social media) and Teams Channels. Should be comfortable with multi-channel content creation.
- Maintain content on SharePoint site.
- Design and develop communication effectiveness surveys.
- Design effective visual solutions like product marketing videos, tutorial videos, thumbnails, banners, and digital graphics to promote new initiatives.
- Continuously improve our resources and documentation.
- Managing and updating our platforms, including SharePoint and Workday, to ensure a seamless and engaging user experience.
- Analyse engagement metrics and feedback to continuously refine digital content and program effectiveness.
- Contribute to process documentation and SOP development for tools and products across the COE
- Create visual aids such as infographics, presentations, one-pagers, flowcharts, templates and so on.
What you need to have (Required):
- Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in IT.
- Skilled in video/graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Partner with cross functional stakeholders to align communication and with program milestones
- Strong project management and consulting skills.
- Ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly across diverse projects and regions.
- Demonstrates strong teamwork skills and promotes an inclusive, respectful work environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Must have a advanced knowledge of the entire Microsoft suite.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

- Portfolio to demonstrate your content creation skills.
- Advanced content/graphic creation skills (simple visuals, quick edits, thumbnails/banners, newsletters).
- Experience with maintenance and administration of SharePoint sites/portals.
- Practical experience of Generative AI.
- Adobe Create Suite basics, Figma, Canva, Articulate or similar design tool
