Take proper training of RanceLab
Set up everything needed for new branch openings.
Complete and double-check all tasks on the "Store Opening Sheet."
Check the opening and closing stock with the Franchise owner or Manager.
Ensure a smooth opening for every new franchise.
Train the staff on how to run the store properly.
Start using the daily work sheet, glass cleaning and washroom cleaning sheet from day one. Show how to arrange materials in the fridge and set the right cooling temperature.
Make sure all staff follow company policies.
Ensure staff follow the correct recipes for scoops, thick shakes, sundaes, etc.
