Job Overview:
We are seeking two highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidates will take ownership of the financial and contractual management of our ongoing projects, ensuring that our high-standard builds are delivered cost-effectively and on schedule. Please note: We are strictly looking for candidates who can join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimation & BOQ: Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), comprehensive cost estimates, and detailed material take-offs from modern architectural and structural drawings.
- Billing & Certification: Independently manage site measurements, certify contractor RA bills, and process final billing with high numerical accuracy.
- Cost Control: Monitor project budgets closely, conduct material reconciliation (theoretical vs. actual consumption), and implement strategic cost-saving measures without compromising our standard of quality.
- Procurement Analysis: Evaluate subcontractor and vendor quotations, perform rate analysis, and assist in finalized tender documents.
- Site Coordination: Conduct routine site inspections across our Thrissur projects to verify physical quantities and ensure seamless execution of structural plans.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven, hands-on experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil construction.
- Education: B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and industry-standard cost estimation software.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical skills, deep knowledge of current market rates for modern building materials, and strong negotiation abilities.
- Availability: Must be an Immediate Joiner.
