Position: Assembly Technician
Qualification: ITI (Fitter / Electrician / Mechanical / Relevant Trade)
Department: Production / Assembly
Location: Bhosari Road
Reporting To: Production Supervisor / Plant Head
Salary Range – 15000 – 20000 In hand
Job Responsibilities
- Perform assembly of mechanical, electrical, or electronic components as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and technical specifications.
- Handle tools, machines, and equipment safely and efficiently during assembly.
- Conduct quality checks at different stages of assembly to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
- Identify and report defects, errors, or deviations in assembly work.
- Maintain proper documentation of daily work and inspection reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety, 5S, and housekeeping standards in the work area.
- Support preventive maintenance of assembly tools and fixtures.
- Work closely with the production team to achieve daily and monthly targets.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage.
Required Skills & Competencies
- ITI certification in relevant trade (Fitter / Electrician / Mechanical, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of assembly procedures and tools.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and instructions.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Discipline, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Experience
- Fresher ITI candidates can apply.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in assembly/production will be an added advantage.
