ABOUT THE ROLE
This position is responsible for driving high-value business acquisition for Space Styling across Interior Design, Styling, Design & Build, Hospitality, Retail, Commercial, Marketing Offices, Experience Centres, Exhibitions and Luxury Residential Projects. The role acts as the primary commercial representative of the company and is responsible for converting opportunities into signed business and collected revenue.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities
* Conduct client meetings and presentations
* Build relationships with developers, builders, architects, PMCs, hospitality groups and corporate clients
* Prepare and present commercial proposals
* Negotiate contracts and close deals
* Coordinate with design and accounts teams
* Ensure advance collections are received
* Maintain CRM, sales pipeline and forecasting reports

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
8–15 years of experience in business development, commercial sales, real estate, interiors, hospitality, architecture or construction. Strong network and proven ability to close high-value projects.
PERFORMANCE CLAUSE
This is a performance-driven role. The employee is expected to generate a minimum of ₹50 Lakhs in business value and ₹30 Lakhs in advance collections every month. Incentives will be linked to actual business secured and collections received. Failure to achieve targets consistently may result in a performance review.
