About the Role
Business Breaking News is looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team in Bhubaneswar.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong interest in sales, client acquisition, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, meetings, networking, and other channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable products/services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and business development targets.
- Follow up with leads and convert prospects into clients.
- Conduct client meetings and business presentations when required.
- Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities.
- Prepare regular reports on business development activities and achievements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication and sales skills can apply.
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital communication tools.
