Telecaller – Agri Sales (Bio-Fertilizer Division)
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven Telecaller to promote and sell our bio-fertilizer products to farmers, agri-dealers, and distributors. The role focuses on lead generation, sales conversion, customer relationship management, and repeat order development through structured telecalling. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, persuasion ability, and basic understanding of agricultural inputs or fertilizers.

Work Type: Target-based sales role
Qualification: B.Sc. (Agri) or B.Sc. (Horti)
Salary: 18,000/- to 20,000/-
*Experience will be added advantage.
Key Responsibilities1. Outbound & Inbound Calling
· Make outbound calls to farmers, dealers, and distributors to promote bio-fertilizer products.
· Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate product, pricing, and scheme information.
· Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular communication.
2. Sales & Lead Conversion
· Identify potential customers and generate qualified leads.
· Convert inquiries into confirmed sales orders.
· Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
· Promote combo offers, seasonal schemes, and new product launches.
3. Product Explanation & Farmer Education
· Clearly explain product benefits, dosage, and application methods.
· Educate customers on soil health improvement, cost reduction, and yield improvement.
· Address basic technical queries confidently (training will be provided).
4. CRM & Data Management
· Accurately record customer details, call outcomes, and order status in CRM.
· Maintain follow-up schedules and update lead status regularly.
· Ensure database accuracy and proper documentation.
5. Customer Support & Coordination
· Handle customer concerns professionally and politely.
· Coordinate with logistics and sales teams for order tracking and delivery updates.
· Ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain customer satisfaction.
6. Follow-Up & Retention
· Conduct follow-up calls for repeat orders and feedback collection.
· Maintain strong relationships with farmers and dealers to improve retention.
Required Skills & QualificationsCommunication Skills
· Strong verbal communication in Kannada (preferred) and basic Hindi/English.
· Clear, confident, and polite speaking ability.
· Strong listening and objection-handling skills (price comparison, product doubts).
· Ability to close sales over phone.
· Target-driven and resilient mindset.
Computer Literacy
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and data entry.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and Dhatu software (training will be provided).
Education & Experience
· Minimum: PUC / Any Graduate.
· Experience in telecalling, agri-input sales, fertilizer industry, or customer service preferred.
· Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
