We are looking for a highly creative and experienced UI/UX Developer with minimum 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centred design principles, exceptional creativity, proficiency in front-end development, and a passion for crafting intuitive, visually appealing, and engaging digital experiences. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize modern user interfaces for web applications while driving innovation in the overall product experience.
Responsibilities:
UI/UX Design:
- Design modern, user-centric interfaces for web applications with a strong focus on usability and aesthetics.
- Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and design systems using Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, competitor analysis, and gather feedback to continuously improve user experience.
- Design logos, brand identities, icons, and other visual assets for products, websites, and marketing materials.
Front-End Development (Good to have):
- Translate design mockups into responsive, interactive, and pixel-perfect web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Develop reusable UI components and ensure consistency across the application.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end logic with server-side functionality.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with product managers and developers to understand requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.
- Participate in design reviews, brainstorming sessions, and provide constructive feedback to improve product quality.
Stay Updated:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, design systems, front-end technologies, and industry best practices.
- Experiment with new design techniques, AI-powered design tools, animations, and interaction patterns to improve workflows and product experience.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance existing products through creative and user-focused design improvements.
Technical Skills:
- 3–4 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design and Front-End Development.
- Expert proficiency in Figma (preferred), Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive web design.
- Experience in creating and maintaining Design Systems and reusable UI components.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs and collaboration with back-end teams.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, usability principles, and responsive design best practices.
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
