About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented freshers to join our team as Customer Onboarding & Verification Executives. This role is ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills who enjoy interacting with customers and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers throughout the onboarding process.
- Verify customer information and documents as per company guidelines.
- Conduct customer verification calls and follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance.
- Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to complete onboarding requirements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and verification procedures.
- Track onboarding cases and ensure timely completion.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: 12th Pass or Bachelor's Degree (Any Stream)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally.
