Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Cybersecurity Solutions Sales Executive / IT Sales Executive to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and promoting the organization's cybersecurity and IT solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective customers, understanding their technology and security requirements, and proposing suitable solutions that address their business challenges.
The ideal candidate should possess strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for technology, cybersecurity, and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and acquire new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Promote and sell cybersecurity solutions, managed security services, IT infrastructure solutions, cloud services, and related technology offerings.
- Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations with decision-makers, including CXOs, IT Managers, Security Managers, and Procurement Teams.
- Understand customer IT infrastructure, security challenges, and business requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and solution presentations.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales opportunities within defined timelines.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams for solution design, demonstrations, proofs-of-concept (POCs), and customer onboarding.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to generate repeat business and cross-selling opportunities.
- Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, industry regulations, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities in CRM systems.
- Participate in industry events, seminars, webinars, exhibitions, and networking activities to generate business opportunities.

Required Qualifications:
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline (IT background preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in IT Sales, Cybersecurity Sales, Technology Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Freshers with exceptional communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, and client acquisition capabilities.
- Understanding of cybersecurity concepts and IT solutions is preferred.
- Experience using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and business development activities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience selling cybersecurity solutions, IT products, SaaS solutions, cloud services, or managed services.
- Existing network of corporate clients, channel partners, or enterprise accounts.
- Exposure to consultative or solution-based selling.
