NTT Main Teacher
ROLE PURPOSE
The NTT Teacher at Ramagya School - N. Extension is responsible for delivering foundational education to early learners (Nursery/Pre-Primary) while establishing inclusive, structured classroom environments. This role directly impacts cognitive, social, and emotional development during critical learning years through age-appropriate pedagogy and systematic assessment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Design and execute daily lesson plans aligned with institutional curriculum standards and age-appropriate pedagogical practices
2. Achieve 100% curriculum coverage as per institutional academic calendar and CBSE-aligned early learning frameworks
3. Administer formative and summative assessments with documented progress tracking and systematic feedback cycles
4. Maintain classroom discipline and behavioral expectations through established frameworks and consistent reinforcement
5. Conduct scheduled parent-teacher interactions and generate progress reports to sustain parent satisfaction above 4.0/5.0
6. Manage classroom routines, transitions, and learning environments to optimize student engagement and safety
7. Collaborate with senior teachers and academic coordinators on curriculum alignment and instructional coherence
8. Participate actively in school events, parent meetings, professional development activities, and co-curricular programs
9. Maintain detailed records of student attendance, assessments, and developmental milestones
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS
1. Measurable improvement in student learning outcomes documented through formative assessments (minimum 80% proficiency target)
2. 100% curriculum coverage completion within academic calendar
3. Parent satisfaction score maintained above 4.0/5.0 through regular communication cycles
4. Zero critical behavioral incidents through effective classroom management
5. 100% submission of progress reports and assessment documentation within stipulated timelines
6. Active participation in minimum 80% of co-curricular activities and school events
7. Attendance rate of 95% or above
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
