Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Telecalling & DMS Handling Executive to support our spare parts distribution operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience in customer coordination, order processing, and proficiency in Dealer Management System (DMS) operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Coordinate with dealers, retailers, and customers regarding spare parts inquiries and orders.
- Manage daily operations through the Dealer Management System (DMS).
- Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, and follow-ups.
- Track order status and ensure timely delivery coordination.
- Maintain customer databases and update records accurately.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, or spare parts distribution.
- Hands-on experience with Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
- Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and distribution processes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
