Key Responsibilities
1. Team Performance Management
- Monitor and ensure each team member achieves their daily call dials, connected calls, and minimum 3 hours call duration targets.
- Track daily productivity metrics and intervene wherever performance gaps appear.
- Conduct daily/weekly review meetings with team members to track progress.
2. CRM & Lead Management
- Ensure accurate and timely CRM updates by all team members.
- Oversee lead stage movement, follow-up discipline, and proper documentation of interactions.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales pipeline for each team member.
3. Training, Coaching & Development
- Provide continuous guidance, mentoring, and support to team members.
- Conduct product training, process training, and improvement-based coaching sessions.
- Identify performance gaps and recommend training needs to the HR department.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly performance evaluations.
4. Sales & Target Achievement
- Drive the team to meet both individual and team sales targets.
- Support team members in deal closures, negotiations, and overcoming objections.
5. KPI & KRA Monitoring
- Track and evaluate team members’ KPIs & KRAs on a monthly basis.
- Document and report performance results to management.
- Suggest improvements, corrective actions, or structural changes based on KPI insights.
6. Strategy & Process Development
- Develop new strategies, tactics, and implementation plans to achieve sales goals.
- Recommend modifications in targets, resource requirements, or process changes based on team performance.
- Optimize sales processes to improve conversion, lead nurturing, and customer engagement.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Marketing for lead quality and campaign feedback.
- Work with HR for recruitment, training needs, and performance improvement plans.
- Align with Operations and Product teams for addressing customer feedback or marketplace issues.
8. Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Hands-on experience in inside sales, telesales, or marketplace sales.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales reporting.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate data and improve performance.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to implement new sales strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Travel and Tourism, Sales, Marketing, or similar field.
- 3+ years of experience in inside sales; minimum 3+ years in a team lead/supervisory role in Travel Sales
- Experience in marketplace/Travel sales required.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
