Position: IT Sales Executive – Software Sales
Role Summary:
The IT Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling software solutions to prospective clients, identifying business opportunities, building customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Promote and sell software products and IT solutions to clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and sales contracts.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with clients.
- Coordinate with technical and implementation teams for smooth project execution.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales records and reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in software sales, IT sales, or SaaS sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
