Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, emails and WhatsApp. Provide information about company products and services. Follow up on customer requirements, quotations, and project updates. Coordinate with the sales, design, production, and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain customer records and update the CRM/database regularly. Address customer complaints and provide timely resolutions. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare reports on customer feedback, inquiries, and service activities. Support the sales team in generating leads and converting inquiries into business opportunities.
