Coordinate with the development team and our Vendors to prepare all required marketing materials.
Conduct a rate of survey of comparable projects within 3-4 km radius.
Ressolve associate issues related to plots or payouts.
Liaise with the development team for on site queries and projects updates.
Suggest requirement for associate / client meetings and high tea events to the Admin Department as when needed.
Conduct site visits and, if any issues are identified, coordinate with the development and Maintenance teams to ensure that they are resolved promptly.
